Monthly Club Trial
Start time: Fees:	10:30am ( end time 3:00pm ish ) Trials master and one assistant free entry Senior $10.00 Junior $5.00 ( under 17yrs )
Trials Master's Duties Organise a Trials Assistant Find out and follow the Land owner's instructions (e.g. Keep off banks, close gates, avoid open pits, etc ) Set out 10 sections. Run the day Putting out direction and safety signs Sign on riders and collect fees Do riders briefing Relay Landowner's instructions Point out any hazards Who picks up the sections Collect score cards at the end of the day Hand section bags to next Trials Master Deliver Landowner's gift Results Results to Club Scorer Money and Receipts to Club treasurer Trial report to "Cycle torque" editor

Twilight Trial
These focus on training, social and the fun side of trials. They are held during the summer months when daylight saving is active (October to March). The sections are set by the riders themselves and are kept simple so anyone can have a go. There is usually a BBQ afterwards.
Start time: Fees:	3:00pm 6 sections 4 laps Everyone who rides a twilight trial pays Senior $10.00 Junior $5.00 ( under 17yrs ) Money goes toward the BBQ and Landowner's gift
Coordinator's duties Appoint the trial organiser Check with Club captain that the venue & date are OK with the Landowner Make sure the organiser has the sign-on box, flags and signs Make sure someone is bringing the BBQ & food (please provide receipt for reimbursement) Organiser's duties Run the day Putting out direction and safety signs Sign on riders and collect fees Get first few riders arriving to mark out sections Do riders briefing Layout land owner's instructions Point out any hazards Who picks up the sections Collect score cards at the end of the day Hand section bags to next Trials Master Deliver Landowner's gift Results Results to Club Scorer Money and Receipts to Club treasurer Trial report to "Cycle torque" editor
