Beta Evo 2010 250
One owner from new.
Well looked after and maintained bike.
All the consumable items been replaced in the last 3 months, wheel and suspension bearings, grips etc have bills to prove it.
Comes with spare rear guard.
All these cost money that the new owner need not pay.
$9000 ono (any resonable offer considered). Needs to go to make way for travel costs.

Jake Takes Aussie title No.2
Last weekend Jake took the Aussie title for his second year running. Jake with the help of Nick Ball as his minder beat his fellow Aussie compeditors by a massive amount in the end of the whole weekend jake dropped 11 points second place dropped 50 points.
Way to go Jake and Nick.
Next up is the NZ champs for Jake, here is hoping that he has a bit more of a challenge in the sections at our champs in Hamilton.

Weekends results
Jake won the South Australian moto-trials Champs in the weekend Day, combined score for the weekend was 48, 2nd was Kyle middleton on 77. Kyle should be Jakes biggest challenge this weekend for the Aussie title.
Rory Mead finished 7th in the latest GNCC in the States behind 7 times US enduro champ Mike Lafferty. Rory has another GNCC in 2 weeks.

Hi everyone. Bike for sale!
It's Sidey's 08 model Rev3 250cc. Jitsie filter, Boyesen reeds, low friction main bearings, mild port job, S3 pegs, good Xlite front tyre and IRC rear. This is the last and best of the Rev3 model, and I think this is a particularly good one. It goes well.
New front wheel bearings, regular fork and gearbox oil changes, radiator and brake fluids have been done. Plastic is fairly new and there's an old one with it for emergencies.
$7250. Contact John Lawton 04 297 0240 till the end of October because I'll be away. After that ring me on 386 2407.

I can now confirm that I have arranged Training with Warrick Merriman on Saturday and Sunday 1st and 2nd of October. We as a committee have decided to make the Sunday a "no club champs points" day, as too not disadvatage those doing the training.
Venue: Dominics property valley road, Paraparaumu
Maximum numbers for each day is 10.
Cost: $30 per person $45 for family (payment on the day)

Ron Cheriton
Sad to report the passing of one of our ex chairmen at the age of 92
Ron was an outstanding and remarkable character who ruled over the club with great authority and in the mid sixties made the club one of the strongest in the country.
He wanted everone to have fun and to this end his wife Iris formed the ladies auxillery to make sure that all us young oiks were fed properly at the race meetings and to make sure we got home safely.
People used to travel from far and wide not just for the racing and trials but also to stay on for the barbecues and the parties
One of his sons,Keith, was a first class motocross rider and had many successes both in New Zealand and the U.K.
On one of my infrequent trips to N.Z. earlier this year I was so lucky to catch up with Ron and spend a very happy couple of hours reminiscing.
Of course we both agreed that the older we got the faster we were.
